SALTED FREEZER CALF

The freezer calf skins are from industrial slaughterhouses. Available weight ranges and selections, trimmed, unfleshed:

  • Light -1.5 kg

  • Medium 1.5-2.5 kg

  • Heavy 2.5-3.5 kg

  • Premium 3.5+ kg

  • Third: All weights

  • Medium SOLID: One coloured skins (Brown, white or black only)

  • Medium FAWN: 100% Jersey breed

SALTED/WETBLUE CASUALTY CALF

Casualty calf skins (equarissage) are skins from animals who have died a natural death on the farms. Available weight ranges:

  • Light: 0.8-1.3 kg (80/20 I/II)

  • Medium: 1.3-2.4 kg (80/20 I/II)

  • Heavy: 2.4-3.4 kg (80/20 I/II)

  • Premium: 3.4+ kg (80/20 I/II)

  • Third: All weights
